• We will change our minds during the process. That’s fine. I build software so a direction change doesn’t break our neck.
• A feature is done when it solves the problem — not when the code is merged. If the tech gets in the user’s way, the tech goes.
• I won’t tell you why something is technically hard. I’ll show the options and what they mean for timing.
